1. FireStop

An advanced fireproofing solution, our FireStop shotcrete blend is designed to offer exceptional protection against fire threats. This cementitious, sprayable substance forms a strong, fire-resistant barrier by adhering to materials like steel, concrete, and wood with ease. 

Enhanced with volcanic ash, FireStop offers long-lasting resilience and surpasses international fireproofing standards, protecting your infrastructure from potentially damaging fires and excessive temperatures.

2. Our Shotlining

Our proprietary shotcrete material is a specialized blend of cement, sand, and pozzolanic admixtures designed for superior pumpability, adhesion, and durability. The unique high-slump mix can be easily sprayed using our advanced application equipment.

Proprietary mix developed by our partner Shotcrete technologies, is prepared at a plant in southern California, to provide fast turnaround, less storage requirements, and optimal product quality control.

Available in 1000lb bags and 3000lb pallets.

1. Centrifugal Spray caster:

The precision-engineered Centrifugal Spray Caster is a tool that we use to apply our shotcrete mixtures evenly and effectively. For contractors who need high-quality work done quickly, this is the ideal tool.

Additionally designed to operate in a variety of environments, the centrifugal spray caster produces reliable results even under demanding circumstances. 2. Robotic Arm:

Our shotcrete application’s robotic arm represents the leading edge of construction technology. It can apply shotcrete in locations that are challenging to access with conventional methods because of its sophisticated automation and precise controls. In addition to improving efficiency and safety, this technology guarantees a consistently high standard of work, which minimizes the need for rework and saves time on complex projects.

Due to its adaptability, the Robotic Arm can work on projects of any size and can easily accommodate difficult angles and small areas. Its cutting-edge software integration guarantees accurate shotcrete application while reducing waste and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Product Roadmap 2024

Fire Stop” Shotcrete is a sprayable, cementitious, inorganic fireproofing material with excellent adhesion to surfaces like concrete, steel, and wood. It releases no toxic fumes during application or fire. Enhanced with volcanic ash, “Fire Stop” outlasts ordinary concrete in quality and lifespan. This material meets or exceeds most international specifications for passive fireproofing in public transportation tunnels, infrastructure, and mines to control “hot” areas. In-house tests on 1/2” to 3/4” samples at 2400°F for 4 hours showed the back side never exceeded 800°F.

Previously challenging and not cost-effective, our new trailer, in the future, will enable us to efficiently handle short run projects of 100 feet or less. This innovation minimizes setup time and costs while reducing on-site labor.
